They have been helping test the MCAST – a new communication test
which shows hospital staff how to help people with communication
difficulties to make decisions.
The researchers needed to know how effective the test was.
The group from Speakeasy helped to test it and record videos to
train staff how to use it.
They heard more about the research results on Tuesday.
Mark, who led the study, was very grateful for everyone’s input.
