All Microsoft Teams collateral, except for chats,  is backed up, as are all of the organisational user’s Office 365 mailboxes. OneDrive contents are also backed up. A third party company, CT, perform the backups as a managed service. In the unlikely event of a user being unable to retrieve something that they have accidentally deleted. first contact the Speakeasy IT administrator who may be able to retrieve the lost item without needing to call CT. If CT do need to be called, e.g. if the IT Administrator is on holiday, their contact details can be found on their website:
