  • “Best of British” Walking Challenge Launch

    This  week  we   launched  our  new  ‘Best  of  British’  virtual  walking   challenge. Together  we  will  walk  750  miles,  visiting  some  of  Britain’s  most  iconic  landmarks  as  we  go. We  will  record  our  progress  using  an  app. “Greater Manchester Walking”  are  helping  to  fund  this  project.   • Five ways to wellbeing

    At our aphasia group meeting on Tuesday 21st January we talked about the five ways to wellbeing. In  groups  people  talked   about  which  of  these   they  are  already  doing   and   what  they  could  do  more  of  in  2025.  If  you  weren’t  there  maybe  you  could  spend  some  time  thinking  about  this  too.
