  • Five ways to wellbeing

    At our aphasia group meeting on Tuesday 21st January we talked about the five ways to wellbeing. In  groups  people  talked   about  which  of  these   they  are  already  doing   and   what  they  could  do  more  of  in  2025.  If  you  weren’t  there  maybe  you  could  spend  some  time  thinking  about  this  too.

  • First online meeting of 2025

    Our first face to face meeting of 2025, scheduled to be held at  Ramsbottom Cricket Club, was cancelled due to the snow, but a group of us enjoyed meeting online instead. We shared some personal plans and hopes for the year as well as some challenges. It was lovely to connect again after the break.

  • Congratulations to Nicole Campbell, MBE

    Nicole Campbell has been awarded an MBE in this years New Years Honours List for service to people with aphasia.   She is a trustee at the The Tavistock Trust for Aphasia and has supported the development of national and international work in aphasia for many years.
